Students at work in Lab 234 of Costume Shop creating garments for customers based on bespoke dress forms, 1934. Students taking commercial and advanced clothing courses work with customers from the first interview until the costume is completed. Most fitting and designing of a garment is done on a dress form specially made for the customer, and the fitted lining covering the form is later filed for future use.
