Display of six different children's outfits and an apron made from men's shirts with signage reading "Garments made from men's shirts" and "A penny saved is a penny earned"Two copies of this bore different information. One said the display of garments made from men's shirts was part of the clothing conservation effort of 1917-18, the other that it was set up for Farmers Week in 1919 (as Items 39-40). Perhaps both are true.
