Farm and Home Week (New York State College of Agriculture)
- Description:
- Farm and Home Week (1952) visitors study a versatile child's toy made by Mrs. Marie Reed, instructor in children's toys at the College of Home Economics, from an illustration in a German newspaper. By removing or adding wheels, the horse's head, ladder or handle, the toy becomes a sturdy stool, rocking chair, rocking horse, fire engine, wheel barrow, wagon, or storage place for other toys. Visitors, from left, are: Betty Brown, Rosemary Eiholzer, and Robert B. Child.
