- Description:
- Practice house baby Dickie, held by instructor and Lodge head Miss Flemming outdoors on June 5, 1921. Dickie was the first 'practice house' baby at Cornell, the "pride and joy" of the Class of 1921 seniors. A contemporary observation on the child: "He was a healthy and very bright little fellow - he always refused to eat his spinach which was a 'must' in those long-ago days."
