Long Lamai
Long Beruang
- Description:
- The woman in the photograph is named Lurak Nyawak, and she was the second cousin of Garen Jengan's great grandmother. She was one of the earliest settlers in Long Lamai, and her husband came from Long Beruang. Garen called her "Tinen Weng," which means "mother of Weng." The number of bangles she is wearing indicates her daughter (the mother of John Ba'e').
