- 3 pages. Translated Summary: Call to all members of the JPFO regarding the campaign for the "Rehabilitation and Culture Fund," which was first started in 1946 as the "Million Dollar Fund." Text of a letter to the general membership, possibly also for use in an article or brochure. Description of the campaign's goals and importance: To help Israel's progressive wing, which does not get help from mainstream aid agencies. Help Jewish communities in Poland, Romania and the other "democratic" countries in Eastern Europe. Continued help for the Jewish antifascist and progressive movements in France and Belgium. Strengthen American Jewish cultural life as well as cultural ties between the American Jewish community and others. Mentions Gedaliah Sandler as the Executive Secretary of the Order, and is sent by the National Resident Board with Albert E. Kahn as the Chairman (forzitzer), and Rubin Saltzman as the General Secretary.

- The Jewish People’s Fraternal Order was the largest ‘national’ section of the International Workers Order (IWO) which focused on cultural awareness and celebration, mutual support especially in health insurance coverage, and anti-fascist activities. The IWO also gave particular emphasis to supporting the rights and interests of African Americans. Documents include language and representations which comprise the historical record and should not be interpreted to mean that Cornell University or its staff endorse or approve of negative representations or stereotypes presented.
