- Eisenhower promotional cap made in the style of a military garrison cap contains the inscription Vet for Ike on each side and the label of the Pal Cap Paperlynen Co. of Columbus, Ohio on its interior. Item donor Susan H. Douglas dates this cap to the 1948 Presidential campaign, during which there was a movement to draft Eisenhower by the Democratic Party.
